Payments
All prices shown are in UK pounds sterling.
Payments are accepted through PayPal, which also allows non-PayPal users to pay using their credit or debit card. Payment can also be accepted by cheque or BACS (please contact for further details). Any payments made by cheque must clear before any goods are shipped.
Postage & Packing
A single charge of £3.95 per order is applicable to any order, regardless of how much you order. Our £3.95 postage & packing charge applies to UK mainland addresses only. For orders to non-UK mainland or international locations please get in touch using our contact form.
We aim to send all orders out as soon as possible, however this can be up to 5 working days after payment has been received. Any orders placed on Friday, Saturday or Sunday are typically sent out on the following Monday.
Returns / Refunds
If for any reason you’re not satisfied with your purchase please return the item/s back to us within 7 days of receipt. An exchange, or refund, will be offered provided that the items are returned to us complete, in perfect condition, unused, unwashed, and in the original packaging. If this is not the case then an exchange or refund is not possible. Partial returns / refunds may be possible depending on the circumstances – please get in touch with us first.
For any returns you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the items. The original packing slip, with a reason for returning the item/s, must be included within the package, along with whether a refund or exchange is required. Please repackage the items carefully and send back to us using the following address:
