How much do you charge for delivery?
Our standard postage & packaging cost, as of November 2023, is £3.95. For smaller items a smaller delivery charge may apply, which will be visible on any products this applies to.
Where a small delivery charge and standard delivery charge product are purchased, the standard delivery charge takes precedence.
All items are sent out using Royal Mail, and delivery times may vary. If you have not received an item within one week of ordering, please get in touch with us.
Which countries do you deliver to?
We delivery primarily to mainland UK. If you’re located outside of mainland UK, please get in touch with us before ordering to make sure we’re able to provide a shipping quote for delivery to your location.
What payment methods do we accept?
We accept credit and debit card payments, PayPal and bank transfers.
For credit and debit card payments (made via our payment processor – PayPal) you do not need a PayPal account, but will need an account to pay using your PayPal balance.
For bank transfers, orders will only be processed once payment has cleared in our bank account.
